Growing up, Tyree always had this unique vision of the world. He always thought that simple everyday things were very beautiful. For example, Tyree took pictures of himself in the woods lying in leaves. Most people asked him, “Why?” He told them that it sets a mood with the light and the composition. They still did not understand what he was talking about. No one understood what he saw in these things or what was so distinctive about them. Tyree sometimes feels like he am not part of this world; it is like he is an alien. Sometimes when he walks around, he paints when he doesn’t paint. It is my subconscious letting him release all his human boundaries. “The world is my canvas,” he says to himself. "I want to be able to show people what I see through my work."
